The sixth annual Dakota Digital Film Festival took place Friday, March 31, 2017, at the Belle Mehus Auditorium in downtown Bismarck. The evening included screenings of award-winning short films and additional networking opportunities. The event was open to the public for a nominal ticket price.
The festival is administered by Dakota Media Access and managed by a volunteer committee made up of member representatives from area schools and colleges, production companies, arts organizations, business associations and other areas. Its mission is to support and encourage film-making and audio/video production in all forms by providing a venue for professionals in the industry and students to meet and show their work.
